Because every item on PrintShop is “print-on-demand” means made to order, any changes to it cannot be made if the product has been sent for fulfilment or shipped.

Here is how you can find your order number:
In your order confirmation email — go to your email (the one registered with PrintShop) and check the order confirmation email. You will find your Order Number right at the top and in the body of the email.
In your online order history — from your PrintShop dashboard, you will see your order history under “My Order(s)” section. When you choose a specific order, the details related to it will appear in front of you with its status.
In your shipping confirmation email — once your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation email. Open the shipping confirmation email and check the Order Number mentioned there.
