Don’t worry if you have entered the incorrect delivery address. You can get in touch with our customer support team here along with your order number to make the necessary changes to your address. As of now, customers cannot change their address directly from their PrintShop account.
For the orders that have been placed recently - less than 2 hours, we will change the address without any problem. But if the order has passed this window (2 hours), the new address change request will go straight to our team, we will do our best to make the necessary changes before the shipment of your order but we can not guarantee.
Please note: Because your address determines the location where your order is printed/made, your delivery country cannot be changed at all. If you need to change the country in your order, you would have to cancel the order and then place it again.
