Generally, we put an order on HOLD into the following scenarios:
- Content / copyright issues
- Printing file related issues
We wait until we get corrections from your side if t's related to content or copyright. However, for Print File related issues, we get our internal team do the needful.
Be informed that the corrections from our side depends on the nature of the issue with the file.
How can the hold be removed?
For all the communication related to issues in your order will be done via your registered email. Once your order has been updated, we submit it for review. This is done to avoid frequent holds in case the update didn't work, or there are other issues. After the corrections have been made or issues have been resolved, we remove the hold status from the order.
