If you create an account with PrintShop, which is entirely FREE, you can track your recent and past orders via "Order history" In it, you can keep track of:
- Order Numbers
- Cost and Destination
- Purchase Date
When you click on a specific order, you will find detailed information like:
- Total product(s) in that order
- Status of the product
- Payment mode
- Payment status
The order number can be found at the top of your product confirmation email. If you are unable to find it, you can always get in touch with our customer support team here along with your order number.
I ordered a t-shirt yesterday. then I had to fix the artwork. So I cancelled the first order and placed another order with the new artwork. I did this on chat and everything was confirmed. I don't understand why i received 2 emails today with 2 order numbers. Is one for the artwork that I cancelled?
