How and when do I get paid?

A designer only gets paid if they have won a design contest or completed a design project successfully. 

When a designer wins a contest, they will enter design handover stage. This is where a designer transfers copyright for the design to the contest holder, and upload all the final required file formats. Once the winning designer has done that, the contest holder might ask for some revisions. Once they receive the final files, they will release the payment and we’ll credit the prize to the designer’s account. Please note, until and unless the winning designer uploads all the required file formats, the handover process doesn’t start.

The winning designer can raise a withdrawal request to transfer the money into their account only after 3 days from the day the amount has been credited to their e-wallet. This 3 day time is required to review and validate the design with the source files which have been submitted in the contest / project.

Once you’ve received the amount in your e-wallet, please send us a request to transfer the money into your account. This can take anywhere from 48 hours to 10 working days (not including public holidays or weekends) but generally its much faster.
