Contest holders can ban you from submitting any designs in their contest if they feel you are spamming or submitting designs with minor changes or almost no changes. So please do not engage into such activities.
The same way contest holders have the ability to eliminate individual designs they find unsuitable, they can also eliminate designers from their contest which they find incapable of producing the results they want.
