What to do if a guaranteed contest ends without a winner being awarded?

Stay calm and be patient! Contest holders usually award a guaranteed contest. But if they don’t, we follow up and contact them once their contest ends to inform them that they must award a winner.

If they don’t want to pick any of the submitted designs as a winner, the prize money will be divided equally among the eligible designers by us on the contest holder’s behalf.

Suspended designers during the period won’t get any share. 

The prize is manually distributed 181 days after the contest has gone into the locking phase. (Once a contest is over, it automatically gets locked until the contest holder contacts us and requests more time.)

We don’t want our loyal and best designers to be demotivated. That’s why we take this step.
