What are the different packages and what does each include?

Designhill offers types of logo packages to choose from:

(1) Basic

This package is for those who are only looking to use the logo as a demo to use for proposals, offers a single copy version of your logo. This is a regular resolution copy and is not suitable for commercial purposes but can be used in simple documents and presentations.

You’ll get a 1920  px by 1440 px PNG logo file with a colored background and in low resolution. You can, however, upgrade to the Premium or Enterprise Package later by paying some extra amount.

(2) Premium

Our default package is our premium package! With this package, your logo can be used in every way a business wants to use their logo. Business cards, billboards, websites, social media, engraving products, stickers, large storefront signs etc.

With the package, you are sent a folder with high-resolution copies of your logo in various file formats and color schemes. The file formats are PNG, PDF, EPS and SVG. This gives you several options and allows all the printing stations as well as any engraving, graphics and developing companies to replicate your logo perfectly, producing a high quality product. The SVG and EPS files are vector images which means they can be edited and manipulated using vector editing software. This is especially useful if you want to have a graphic designer do any work for you in the future and need to have your logo incorporated.

In short, you’ll get everything that you would ever need for your established business.

This package includes: 

• High-resolution logo for online use
• PDF files that are ideal for sharing
• Vector EPS and SVG files for print (or for editing)
• Versions of your logo with a transparent background and one with a coloured background
• Lifetime phone support
• Ability to make changes to your logo and re-download
• Black/White versions of your logo on a transparent background
• Full copyright ownership
• Print ready
• Brand guideline document which contains font names and colour codes. 

EPS is an editable file and you can make as many changes as you want.

You can always upgrade to Enterprise Package later by paying some extra amount.

(3) Enterprise

This package is for those who are looking for custom logo design solution by an expert logo designer. With this package you get everything you would get in the Premium Package, including multiple high-resolution logo file suitable for your website, social media, print, packing and branding, brand guidelines and more. In short, you’ll get everything that you would ever need for your established business. 

You’ll get to work with one of our in-house graphic designer. They will work with you on enhancing the logo you bought through the logo maker, based on written feedback you provide. The whole process typically takes 2-5 business days post-purchase.

Why do you need Enterprise package? 

We understand technology is great, but sometimes you just need a human! This package lets you perfect the logo you bought in ways that our AI-powered logo maker couldn’t such as: 

• Combining two symbols into one
• Editing the font to personalize it
• Adding a new gradient that is not available on our website
• Improving an existing symbol
• Creating a customized font layout
• Editing a symbol so it becomes part of the text
• Changing the colors to the objects of the loge and much more.

Finally, all the packages allows you to make changes and re-download them for free. You can make unlimited changes within initial 7 days of purchasing your logo package, including changes to your color, font, spacing, slogan, symbol and layout.
