Can I use TM, SM, © or ® in my logo?

Using TM, SM, or © symbols with any non-registered trademark has nothing to do with law, but when you want to use ® symbol in your logo it needs to be officially registered with your state/country’s competent body.

In some cases, our fonts do not support special characters such as copyright and trademark symbols, so you won’t be able to use them directly through our website.

However, we do understand your needs and can help you out if you want to add any symbol. Once we get request for any symbol from you, we’ll incorporate it for you. 

Note: We will not add ® symbol unless we have the certificate of trademark which proves that your logo has been trademarked in your state/country.
