The earnings you see in your Designhill account are the amount you've earned so far, either by winning design contests or working on a 1-to-1 project.
Once you complete the handover process for a winning contest, the contest prize is credited to your PayPal/Payoneer account, referred to as 'earnings.' Likewise, in a 1-to-1 project, you get paid as 'earnings' when you handover the design as per the 'Terms & Conditions.'
You can request a payout if your total cleared amount is USD50 or more.
