PrintShop: What if a customer contacts me directly?

While we keep all your personal information confidential, sometimes, buyers who have bought your designs may contact you and ask a question.

They may reach out to you via social media, or they might be someone known to you or spoken to you personally. If anyone, for any reason, contacts you, please ask them to get in touch with us at support@designhill.com or submit your request here as we do not advise you to work with anyone outside of the platform. Because if you do so, we cannot take any responsibility for frauds or loss you might incur. Its also important to note, its strictly illegal to work with customers, you made using our platform, outside of platform.
