PrintShop: What do you do with the deceased accounts?

It is really sad to hear about a fellow member’s sudden demise. When designers choose to create an account on Designhill, they create a password. We ask them to keep the password private. We do not store their password and are not able to post a notice or otherwise edit the account.

Many designers create strong relationships with fellow members in Designhill community. Some people even create an account and post a message on Designhill about the unfortunate circumstances to inform the fellow members. Some people, on the other hand, dedicate an artwork or write a piece of statement, poetry, anything that depicts their friendship and tribute.

If you would like to inform us and let us know an account needs closure regarding the sudden demise, please send us a concise letter with your request. A copy of death certificate will also be required. Reach out to our customer support at support@designhill.com or submit your request here.
