If you have any claims for damaged/misprinted/defective items, you can submit your claim within 2 weeks after you’ve received the product. Claim for a lost package during transit must also be submitted within two weeks of the expected delivery date.
For all claims confirming a defect from our end, the expense is covered by us.
The return address is by default set to PrintShop's facility. The time we receive a returned product (shipment), you will receive an automated email notification of the same. Unclaimed returned shipments are donated to charity after four weeks.
In case of wrong address:
If your address is insufficient or incomplete as considered by our courier partner, the product will go back to the default address (our facility). You’ll bear the cost of reshipment after you have provided us with your updated correct address and we’ve confirmed the same.
Any unclaimed shipment will go back to our facility. The cost involving reshipment will be borne by you.
Returned by customer:
Before returning any product(s), we suggest you communicate with us first. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in case of size issues. So please make sure to check out the size guide before you place any order.
Notification for EU consumers:
As per the Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, consumers may not be provided the ‘right of withdrawal’ for the supply of goods made to their specifications or evidently personalized, hence PrintShop reserves the rights to decline returns at its sole disposition.
