What is paid invite and free invite? And how do I use them?

Sending invitations helps you connect with great designers whose work you like, and encourage them to submit designs to your contest. 

There are two ways you can invite a designer to participate in your contest: 

1. Paid Invite

Paid Invites are a way of incentivising your favourite designers to participate in your design contest. Each paid invite is for $20 and can simply be purchased either at the time of launching your contest or from the upgrade option on your contest page. Once a paid invite is sent to a designer, they have a limited time to accept the paid invite. Once the invite is accepted, a specified period is defined in which the designer has to submit a design entry to receive the paid invite amount. Incase, a designer accepts a paid invite and does not submit an entry within the specified time, the contest holder will get their paid invite back, which they can send to any other designer. Contest holders can get a refund for all the unused paid invites.

Here’s how to use them:

• Go to our designer listing page to browse through thousands of designers profiles or go to design gallery to browse through beautiful designs created by our designer community.

• When you find a designer or a design you love, click on the designer's name to open their profile page. 

• Browse through their folio.

• If you feel they would do well in your contest, click the "Send Invite" button and from the dropdown select "Paid Invite". 

• A slider from the right side of your screen will open where you need to select your contest and send them an invite. A link to your contest will automatically be included in your invitation. In case you don't have any invitations, you will be redirected to the payments page. Once the payment is successful, the paid invite will be sent to the designer. 
• You can also send paid invites from the designer listing page. Click on the blue button as highlighted below in the image and similarly a slider will open from the right side of your screen. 

2. Free Invite or Friendly Invite

Sending invitations is a great way to get attention from designers you think would do well in your contest!
