There could be two reasons if you are not able to submit a design to a design contest -
- Invalid file size - Make sure your file meets the following submission requirements:
- Minimum size: 960 x 960px
- Maximum size: 2040 x 8160px
- File formats: PNG, GIF or JPG
- Color mode: RGB
- Pro Contests - You wont be able to participate in contests which are marked as Pro Contest. Only Pro Designers are eligible to participate in such contests.
- Account Blocked - If your account has been blocked by Designhill, then you wont be able to submit any designs to any of the contests
Incase if you are still having problems, check your network connections, clear your browser’s cache or try using a different computer.
