In a guaranteed contest, the contest holder guarantees that they will select a winning designer, and will pay out the prize money.
Guaranteed contests are marked as guaranteed on the contest page itself and in the contest listing page, so you can easily see which contests are guaranteed, and which aren’t.
Contest holder can not ask for refund even if they haven't awarded a winner in sometime. So please be patient, they will award a winner. We follow up regularly with such clients so that they award a winner as soon as possible.
