How can I report a stock or copied design on Designhill?

We have set some guidelines and rules to make sure each design a client gets is unique and original. We take it seriously when any member of the community violates our rules and code of conduct regarding designs.

If you’ve found someone at Designhill using/submitting a design that is not at par with our Stock Image/Clipart Policy or infringes our Concept Originality Policy, you can report it.

But before you do so, we recommend you to read our policies thoroughly.

Here is how you can report a design submission/entry:

1. Click the alert button at the bottom-right corner of the design’s thumbnail.
   
   
2. When you click the “Report” button, a “Report Design” form will appear. Explain the violation using the fields provided, and click on the “Submit Report” button.

Once you’ve reported the designer, they will have a 24-hour window to respond. If they don't respond or challenge the report/dispute, it will be transferred to our Support Team for review.

NOTE: Until the Support Team does the review, do not contact the client or our team. You’ll be notified once our team has reviewed the report.
