Once you complete the purchase process, we’ll send you logo files as .zip files – a compressed folder containing all of your logo files.
Our .zip files are virus free. We also assure you the logos that you downloaded from our site, or through the link we sent you, are fully secure. However, some .zip files may contain viruses, and hence we can’t rule out the possible threat of malicious downloads.
Fortunately, there are some browsers that have in-built safety features to prevent malicious downloads, thus restricting viruses to come to your computer.
Follow the steps below to download .zip file:
Firefox
- Open your email and click on the link we sent you
- A pop-up window will appear with message “You have chosen to open:Filename_.zip which is: Compressed (zipped) Folder from http://s3.amazononaws.com what should Firefox do with this file?”
- Click on Save File
- Click on OK
- Click the Download arrow in the top right-hand corner of your computer screen
- An error message may pop-up saying “This file is not commonly downloaded and may not be safe to open. It may contain a virus or make unexpected changes to your program and settings. You can search for an alternate download source or try again later.”
- Click on Open
- Now, your downloaded folder will pop-up on your screen containing logo files.
Google Chrome
- Open your email and click on the link we sent you
- Specify the destination you wish to save your downloaded logo files
- Click on Save
- Downloading progress can be seen on the bottom of your screen. After it completes, an error message may pop-up saying “Filename_.zip is not commonly downloaded and may be dangerous.”
- Click the small arrow next to Discard
- Click on Keep in the menu that pops-up
- Click the folder icon in order to open your zipped file
