PrintShop: Someone is copying my work or violating the rights of others, what can I do?

If you find someone using your work or infringing others, report it to our customer support at support@designhill.com with a screenshot of the artwork. You can report a design by click on the 'Report Content' link which is towards the bottom of any product detail page.

Designhill follows a takedown procedure after a careful analysis to deal with infringement. While we don’t judge your intentions, we would like to hear from a person who holds the intellectual property rights or somebody working on their behalf like an attorney.

Only a rights holder can identify it better what’s being infringed. There could be some possibilities that you don’t have any idea about as to why the owner did or didn’t report about a particular artist’s work.

It may be possible that the person has been granted a license or the work comes under fair use.
