If you have your account blocked or restricted, it simply means that your account doesn’t follow Designhill’s Designer Code of Conduct or Concept Originality Policy. In most of the cases, it relies on rights holders' repetitive complaints of infringement. The restriction period actually is an opportunity to remove content that may infringe our guidelines, specifically the work that may violate someone's intellectual property rights.
During your account restriction, your work won’t be available for sale. However, you may sign in to your account and remove any artworks that violate our guidelines.
We understand that it can be challenging to find out the content that needs removal. It is essential to comprehend that Designhill cannot help you find out which of your designs are violating the guidelines. But it is safe to say that if you are not sure, you should definitely stick to the safer side of caution to delete them.
Any rights holder may reach out to us in the future regarding infringement content. We don’t have any idea in advance what they would allege is violating the guidelines. So, the best way is to be at the safer side right from the start. It is your sole responsibility as you are the seller of your artwork. Make sure that all the works you upload on Designhill PrintShop are in line with our Designer Code of Conduct, Concept Originality Policy and User Agreement.
Once you have reviewed your work and removed infringed content, you can respond to our email that we sent you regarding restriction, and let us know that you have reviewed your account. Our team will review your account and then inform you if your account is to be unrestricted.
