Safari Browser
- Launch Safari.
- Navigate to https://www.designhill.com/shop/. Add an item to the cart and click on the Cart symbol located at the right corner of the site to see if the issue still occurs.
- Click on "Safari" under your Mac's top menu bar. Now, click "Preferences" and "Advanced."
- A box named “Show Develop menu in menu bar” will appear. Check this box and close the Preferences window.
- Now, go to an additional menu item named “Develop” located in the top bar of the Mac.
- Click the “Develop” menu and select “Show JavaScript Console” (the Console will appear at the bottom of the page).
- Ensure you are in the cart section (https://www.designhill.com/custom/cart). Click on the Reload button in the URL bar.
- In case you get a red message that appeared in the console, take a screenshot using keys: CMD + SHIFT + 5, all together.
Google Chrome browser
- Launch Chrome in your MacBook or laptop.
- Navigate to https://www.designhill.com/shop/. Add an item to the cart and click on the Cart symbol located at the right corner of the site to see if the issue still occurs.
- If the issue still persists, go to the cart https://www.designhill.com/custom/cart and right-click anywhere on the page.
- Choose the "Inspect" option from the drop-down menu. The page will now divide into two sections — Cart and Inspector.
- A tab named “Console” will appear on the right side of the Inspector. Clicking it will open a new tab in the Inspector.
- Reload the whole page to see if there are any new messages in the Console.
- Now, take a screenshot of the Console.
