PrintShop: Payment Options

PrintShop facilitates the following payment options:

1. PayPal: This is the most common payment option on Designhill. PayPal is accepted worldwide. To view a list of countries that accept PayPal, click here.
2. Debit Cards: from approved credit companies like American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
3. Credit Card: We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
4. PrintShop Digital Gift Card: add it as a coupon code to redeem it in your cart.

Note: We use PayPal as our default payment gateway. If you tried to make the payment directly with your debit or credit card and it din't go through, then you might have to first create a PayPal account and then use your debit or credit card to make the payment. 

Note: Please keep in mind that every online transaction must have a billing address. Be sure to enter the correct billing address just as it shows in your credit or prepaid debit cards.

In case you get any payment related issues, reach out to our customer support team here for better assistance. Our team will send you an invoice and arrange for a wire transfer.

Currency: When you shop on PrintShop by Designhill, all the payments will be processed in USD. In case your bank or Credit Card Company has a different currency format, you may find differences in the final transaction price due to exchange rates. We suggest you contact your payment provider for clarity and further information.

Why did my debit / credit card decline?

For a seamless experience, a debit / credit card must be activated or registered before using it for online shopping. If it’s not been registered or activated, it may show failed authorization or transaction alerts. Follow the instructions listed on the card to activate it or contact their support team.

Can more than one payment option be used?

You can choose just one payment option for a single purchase unless you are using a digital gift card. In case of a debit card, ensure it has enough credit because it cannot be combined with a different card.

Do you provide cash on delivery option?

At present, we do not provide cash on delivery (COD) facility. If you do not have a credit card, we recommend you use either PayPal as they just need your bank details.
