While PrintShop takes every measure to comply with the global shipping standard, we may not know the thorough details concerning custom duties or taxes, or any item can be confiscated or disallowed by the receiving country.
What should I do if charged custom taxes or duties?
- You would have to pay the requested amount.
Note: If you’re shopping in the United States, Europe, Australia, or Canada, most of the third-party printers that PrintShop works with are adjacent and generally don’t include custom charges. But if there are any custom related charges then that would have to be borne by the customers.
Can you show a different total amount on my package or invoice?
Apologies, but we cannot alter or change the invoice price. It means the price you see during your checkout is final.
