Stock Image and Clip Art Policy

There are certain limitation to using stock photos and therefore we have mentioned some
guidelines on use of stock photos. Do take a look -

1. When creating a logo, illustration, button or icon, never use stock photos.
2. When using stock photos for other contests, following should be kept in mind -
   • Do not use images that has been sourced from free wallpaper site or are from search
     engine result. Make sure that the stock photos that you are using are from authorised
     site.
   • When submitting the design in the contest one must declare the stock images used.
   • It’s the responsibility of the designer to see that the stock image chosen can be used
     as per the need of the client.
3. Wherever possible we would recommend not to use stock photo. Now, in case one uses
   stock photo and the client gets into legal hearing, the designer has to bear the entire
   cost and damaged incurred.
